The courts at Victoria Pickleball Centre have a busy weekend ahead. The Forget-Me-Not charity tournament runs Friday through Sunday, Oct. 16 to 18, in support of the BC Dementia Care Society.
The tournament listing shows 251 registered players. Registration is closed.
Friday is for men's and women's doubles in the 50-plus divisions. Saturday brings more men's and women's doubles, along with a co-ed division for true beginners. Mixed doubles follows on Sunday. Players should check the organizer's schedule for their start times.
The charity behind it supports people living with dementia and the people caring for them. Its programs include Memory Cafés and WeCARE Connection caregiver groups.
The society says an earlier edition of the tournament raised $21,131.04. That is the earlier event's total, not money raised by this weekend's tournament.
If you missed registration, the society's website has information about its work and ways to support it.
Where: Victoria Pickleball Centre, Unit 136, 2950 Westshore Parkway, Langford. When: Friday, Oct. 16 through Sunday, Oct. 18, 2026.
