House rules.
Neighbourly gets pinned. A sales funnel does not.A canoe, a job, a lost cat, a work party. If it reads like an ad campaign it comes down.
A person reads every notice before it goes up.Usually the same day. Sometimes the next morning, if the council meeting ran long.
Ordinary notices come down after fourteen days.Featured listings stay four weeks. Still relevant after that? Pin it again.
We do not publish your contact details.Replies go through the desk, and we pass them on. You decide whether to write back.
No rentals, no crypto, no miracle cures.Housing listings need protections a classifieds board cannot give. We leave them alone.
